Got some Spanish rice and it looks like straight dog **** in the pouch. I am sick to my stomach and truly traumatized. Don't know what happened, but it was not even close to Spanish rice.

I bought 2 of your new products, street food which was fried rice and the second was teriyaki and rice. The fried rice was so spicy i couldnt get past the first bite, it was mushy and certainly wasnt fried rice.

I put the second box in the bin. Almost 5.oo for one package and it was absolutely disgusting..

Liked the vegetable rice so I was happy to c a cheesy rice but it was awful would not buy it again do not waste ur money. That all I'm done w uncle bens

The call started out okay. The agent seemed willing to help but once the call became difficult, instead of sending the call to another agent, she put me on held for well over 45 counted minutes and never came back to the call.

I hung up and, no I haven't talked with anyone else. The situation hasn't been fixed, and I'm cancelling my subscription.

Very! Very disappointed!

I bought 2 pack of Bens Original Jasmine rice and when I cooked it in microwave for 2 mins as advised I was totally shocked when I opened the packet to find what I can only describe as tuna looking substance with black through it and a weird smell. Not for consumption at all.

I was quite dissapppointed as I have never seen this before and buy this rice alot. I have photo evidence if you require this to back up my complaint.

Bought this SEALED bag of who knows what a few weeks ago at either Vons or Ralph's in Glendale California. Not sure if I still have the receipt.

I would like a full refund for the retail value of this horrendous package of God knows what. It smelled equally horrendous.

Love tosend you pictures of what we served guests. no broccoli! Pictures are worth a thousand words.

They offered coupons i should have monetary damages as it was gross and made me sick to my stomach . Product should be recalled and warehouse closed to exterminate! I also notified media on ch 25 boston

I cooked and opened my jasmine rice pack, and it contained what looked like a piece of meat. I have video and pics.

I use jasmine rice regularly. Help!

I had consumed some of this rice previously from this large bag. I always store it in a glass gallon jar and when I wanted to do a Stir Fry, I opened the jar and saw a tiny dark insect on the side of the jar.

Thinking it was a bit of stem or something, I put my finger over it and slid it up to the top, where it disappeared. I then poured some rice into a plate and found there were many insects running here and there. I quickly poured the rice into a doubled Ziploc bag together with the remaining rice, (17 oz) and put it in a cold place. I contacted Ben's Original and to my surprise, as I no longer had the bag, they were not interested in the insects.

They also were adamant there would be no reimbursement of my $11.47! Perhaps they already knew what kind of insects they were, as they were not interested in receiving a sample of my infected Converted Rice.

I found their attitude very puzzling and I'm out $11.47 and warn anyone who uses their rice to check it very carefully. After 70 yrs of using this product, I am off it FOREVER remembering how I cooked and ate part of this bag before the insects became so numerous and visible.

Assuming no country source on label (Ready Rice) is "local" meaning USA) which produces a quality same as Thailand, gummy and tasteless, I will not be purchasing. Packaged with sources GB, UK and CANADA cook up nicely and taste great.

I love uncle Bens white rice I just dont like going through the whole box first and picking all the black rice and other stuff that is in the box. Why is that I would make it everyday if I didnt need to pick through it. EVERYTIME THANKYOU BETTY

It said jasmine rice on package when I opened it it was regular rice. And it ruined my whole night and my dinner.

Will never buy again because of the name change! Your a racist company and out for your own gains! Fake woke!
